Jimmie resides in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife, Aftan, Chief Magistrate of Shelby County Juvenile Court, their son Jettsen and their daughter Ainsley.

His work is grounded in relationship building, disciplined structure and the belief that talent needs infrastructure before it can become legacy.
